AboutMy interest in framing started when I took a serious interest in landscape photography during college in 1994. I wanted to custom frame my work so I read books, learned the basics and custom framing began to develop into a very serious hobby.In the meantime, I received a BS in Advertising/Marketing in 1997. I developed marketing programs in the high-tech industry for over four years in the Bay Area and briefly worked in the pharmaceutical industry before deciding to follow my passion of framing and photography. After taking various professional courses in custom framing and joining the Professional Picture Framers Association, I started On Display Custom Framing in 2003. I continue my education by attending several association meetings a year, attending local trade shows and taking hands-on classes. Custom framing is very rewarding to me as it is ever changing. The variety of projects my clients bring to me always keeps me interested and challenged while allowing me to be creative!
